GENERAL
Thank you so much for commissioning me and I look forward to working with you.
I do my absolute best to deliver my commissions as soon as possible. However, there could be a delay in delivery if there is a lack of response or emergencies. I am someone who loves to draw and consistently draw so please expect a rough draft, lineart draft, flat color draft, and final rendition draft in that order.If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to me and I will do my best to help you. If there is any concerns, I will ask you immediately.PAYMENTS
Please pay in full through either Paypal, Vgen. or Ko-fi for the commission by the time the rough draft is complete. If you fail to do so then the commission will be canceled. If you are having financial troubles please let me know and I will do my best to help assist you through the commission.REVISIONS
Revisions are open, however limited to the artist. I will approve of most revisions up until the final rendition draft unless it's for small details (such as shading or replacing accessories, or changing the color of one part of the drawing.)DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Deadlines can be requested. If you need something within 24-48 hours*, please understand that it may be extremely rushed and by agreeing to this TOS you are agreeing to the rushing service (+50% up charge of the commission).
Emote sets up to 3 do not apply to this rule.If you would like it to be NDA, please tell me and I will not post it on my social media or anything until you post it. Once final files are given the okay and delivered the commission will be marked as complete.If you have any concerns afterwards, please message me as soon as possible so we can work on opening a new commission to assist you adequately.USE
Please use each piece appropriately. If there is for any reason controversy with the design, I will make note of it and decline future work with you.
I do not allow my art to be used for AI/NFT purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
NFT usage is strictly forbidden.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All commercial and private rights are to the buyer once the final files have been delivered and can be used as merchandise, marketing, and etc.REFUNDS
Refunds depend on the stage of the commission.
○ Once past the rough draft phase, 50% of the commission will be non refundable.
○ Once past the flats phase, 75% of the commission will be non refundable.
○ Once final design and files are sent, full refunds have closed and thus are unavailable.COMMUNICATION
